Centria's Dyad Model and What It Means for Your Child

You may have heard about our dyad model, the organizational restructure we launched in 2023 that pairs each of our clinical leadership roles with an operational counterpart.

While all that sounds well and good, you may be thinking "what does this have to do with my child and their ABA Therapy?" Well, we're glad you asked.

What is Centria Autism's Dyad Model?

Many ABA therapy providers place operational tasks in the hands of their BCBAs. At Centria, we believe our BCBAs should focus where their true passions lie: delivering unparalleled behavioral analysis.

Our dyad Model partners clinicians at every level of our organization with a direct operational role. The hierarchical structure (shown below) is designed to enhance communication, streamline processes, and foster a culture of collaboration between the clinical and operational wings of our organization.

What Does Centria's Dyad Model Mean for Your Child?

Children who receive ABA Therapy from Centria Autism directly benefit from our new organizational structure. By removing operational burden from our BCBAs and other clinicians, we enable them to focus solely on each child receiving our services. This means:

No distractions from clinical focuses

Clinicians can focus exclusively on supervision, therapy plans, and training Behavior Technicians, leading to improved outcomes for the children they support. Without needing to worry about scheduling and other operational aspects of ABA Therapy, clinicians can put all of their energy into the success of the children they support.

Streamlined operational support

Need to reschedule a session? Make-up hours? Adjust your child's availability? You now have a Field Staff Manager or Operations Director who is your direct partner to make that happen. By creating operational support for supervising clinicians, we've created more efficient processes to support the day-to-day flexibility needed to support our clients within their everyday lives.

Increased job satisfaction and longevity

Increased support for clinicians leads to increased support for Behavior Technicians by creating more time for training, supervision and coaching opportunities. Ultimately this leads to increased happiness in their role and decreases turnover, leading to the children we serve having more consistency in their technicians.

Through everything we do at Centria Autism, the children we serve are our main priority. While at its surface this new dyad model may seem exclusively geared towards employees, we know this new structure will lead to vastly improved outcomes for the children who receive our services.
