Continuous Education and Training Evaluate, recommend, and support training and educational resources to help raise awareness, and to guide others along their individual journey of inclusivity and acceptance.
 
Open Communication Facilitate discussion and awareness regarding diversity and inclusion, utilizing tools such as newsletters, virtual discussion boards, and quarterly meetings and other resources in an effort to foster an environment of open dialogue.
